The Directors of the British Columbia Institute of Social Ecology are pleased to announce the formation of the Institute and the launch of its new web site at www.bcise.com. The Insitute will address issues realted to sustainable living in British Columbia, with a current focus on the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island and on the northeast Cariboo. The web site will be a venue for members to provide discussion papers on various issues and topics as well as a source of books and web links for further information.
